I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. This restaurant is owned by a family, formerly of Hong Kong, who cook the dishes to order in a scratch kitchen. The husband and wife team can alter a good number of dishes to meet dietary restrictions, including making the dishes GF. There are some GF items marked on the menu, but inquire as to others that can be made to your preference. The wait staff is educated regarding celiac and gluten allergies. I was even able to have the special fried green beans made with a special GF batter and fried in a separate wok with new oil. I am a super sensitive celiac and I had no issues at all. I can't wait to return. The food was delicious.
