Our Waitress’ name was CeCe. Unsure if all staff is trained or we just happened to get a great waitress. She knew exactly what I needed and assured me she would instruct the kitchen to change gloves and use a separate pan for my food. She brought my food out separate as to not mix it up with non GF items coming to the table. She also assured me when she brought my food that it was prepared appropriately. She really eased my anxiety about eating out and cross contact. The food was delicious and I did not get sick!!! The GF menu is a guide on how to order regular menu items modified to be GF. It’s nice to be able to order off the ‘regular’ menu.
