Koto Sake Japanese Steak House and Sushi

Staff didn’t seem to understand my requests but eventually offered to cook mine in the back due to gluten and egg allergy. They did not offer a soup or salad alternative (I could not have the dressing but a plain salad was not brought). They made no suggestions on what could be made gluten free and seemed confused when asked to have no crunchy or sauce on the sushi. The hibachi chef was careful not to have my allergies near my plate.
