Koto Sushi

I was sooo pleasantly surprised by this little sushi spot! Their manager was nice and knowledgeable about gluten free and despite how affordable it is which can sometimes scare me with sushi it was all so fresh and delicious and I've eaten good sushi my whole life! It's a great deal and I did not get sick at all!

Enjoyed the salmon roll & western roll. Called to confirm both were GF & celiac safe. They offered GF soy sauce and confirmed it was gluten free when we went to pick up. Delicious and not too pricey!

Great inexpensive sushi. Online or call in/ takeout only (no indoor dining currently due to COVID) in the comments I ask for gluten free soy sauce. You can even select gluten as an allergy online. I love the Alaskan roll and never get sick.
