Great sushi! Staff and manager are very helpful. We usually order the Rainbow, Alaskan and Spicy Tuna rolls. In the past we substituted fresh crab for imitation crab (which is NOT GF), however, recently when we ordered takeout, the Alaskan had the imitation crab, whereas the Rainbow had a veggie substitution. Fortunately I recognized the imitation crab and was able to avoid it. We contacted the manager and we received a full refund. We ordered from them again yesterday and the manager worked with us to substitute veggies for the imitation crab since fresh crab is currently not available. I am very happy with the service and the really enjoy sushi from Kotta.

Only a couple of rolls on the menu are marked gluten free so I asked about soups, salads, etc. The waiter didn’t have any idea and went to ask and came back and said none of it was gluten free. When I asked for more information about the ingredients in the rolls marked gluten free (because imitation crab often contains gluten)he told me my best bet was to get the Eden roll. So the other rolls marked gluten free aren’t actually gluten free?? Since there was only one item on the menu that I could (maybe?) eat, and it didn’t sound good, I decided not to bet on my health and went to TruFire instead.
