Review of Kouzzina by Cat Cora

The gluten-free golden waffles topped with whipped mascarpone cheese, honey and chopped pecans from Kouzzina by Cat Cora were one of the most heavenly dishes I have ever eaten in my life. I daydream about biting into those waffles again and again. They were cooked in a dedicated gluten-free waffle iron and were crispy on the outside with a warm, soft center.
