Not safe! Served my sushi on a wooden cutting board. See photo of sushi on wooden board. Server very clueless. No Gluten free menu.
Edited to add: The manager insists that they do not serve anything Gluten on the wooden board.
I’m skeptical though. I’ll report how I feel tomorrow.
Few minutes later— I feel sick.

Very very good. Safe. Had three specialty rolls (haven’t had specialty rolls in years, too dangerous usually). Be cautious, their “gluten free” menu contains things that have gluten; the waiter was concerned and said he would try to get it updated. He kept me safe though, very knowledgable and very on top of things. Miso soup here is gluten free, gluten free soy sauce and plenty of cooked and sushi style menu items, and I am telling you those rolls - ugh, so good.

Amazing place to eat, don't miss out while you're in El Paso!! Had an entire menu for gluten-free food and it had so much!! Plenty of sushi options, appetizers, entrees, and even dessert. The staff took great care to prepare my food safely and we're very familiar with what to do to make it gluten-free. I had the sushi and it was SO great!!
Separate gluten free menu with lots of options. Yummy.
A great gluten free menu - some great sushi options. Staff was very knowledgable and didn’t get sick. Gluten free soy sauce on request and just an overall great experience!
