Very few options, none of the sauces were GF and the server was pretty unconcerned and unhelpful. (“You can make something with soy sauce at the sauce bar.”). Left

I have been there twice now since they opened this year and had a great experience each time.
I tried hot pot and bbq the first time and just bbq the second time.
Lyu was our server and he’s very helpful!
Now, they don’t have gluten free sauces so I did bring my own packets of gluten free soy and siracha the first time. The second time, I forgot them but the food was still delicious.
When you arrive, let the hostess know you’re gluten free and she’ll give you the gluten free version of their menu marked up to know what you can eat safely.
Basically there are three broths available to choose from for hotpot. And then for both options (bbq or hot pot), any unmarinated meat is safe and any of the veggies and white rice.
They have a bar of spices which I used the basic salt, pepper and olive oil and raw minced garlic. I avoided all the other sauces. They do also offer butter in packets which I used for more flavor :)
Tip: make sure to tell the hostess to seat you at a table with two grills so your family can still get marinated meat. They can use that grill for that, and you can have your own grill for your stuff.
