They are gluten friendly and are very aware of gluten allergies. They were very knowledgeable and were able to tell me all of the GF options. They cleaned the surface and changed gloves and told me they changed gloves when preparing my food.

Very, very tasty! Staff was knowledgeable and assured me that they take allergies and similar issues seriously, and they appeared to do so as they packed it up (changed gloves, etc). All meats and many sides were gf.
