My daughter had the krusty burger. The chef came to see us. Delicious.

An hour plus in line for bland food. Chef took his time coming out to get my order but did prepare it quickly. Staff are rude and unhelpful otherwise.

I told them I couldn’t eat gluten and they immediately got the Chef responsible for handling food allergies. He made my burger (gluten free bun) and tater tots right away. The service was great! And I didnt have any issues with the food. But unfortunately the taste was meh

Manager came out to talk to me and was very knowledgeable about what was safe and not, unfortunately the only plant based option is a black bean burger that contains gluten, so as a vegetarian and a Celiac I was limited to tator tots or a fruit cup. The tots were good and they were very apologetic about not having more.

There is a food court behind Moes. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots. She immediately changed her gloves after confirming that it was an allergy. Food was great!

Overall we are so happy with how universal takes amazing care of allergy orders. It wasn’t any different it Krusty Burger a quick serve restaurant vs. Full service higher priced place. As soon as we asked about GF the server got the chef who was easily able to let us know what we could order, what modifications would be needed and best yet he prepped our entire meal himself in a separate space. The buns were actually really good as were the burgers and tots (fries were not done in dedicated fryers) was very nervous to eat here especially for lunch when there was lots of day ahead, but we ate with no reactions, felt great and continued on all the rides
