I called first to make sure they had gluten free and YES they do! I panic when I eat somewhere new and the manager explained that when they need to cook GF on the griddle they use a separate pan. I ordered the Santa Barbara Arepa. (My very 1st arepa.). It was DELICIOUS. I loved every bite. It was very filled and filling. The sauce kind of had a Taziki sauce flavor. So dang good. We will definitely return. WAIT! I can't go without telling you about my gluten loving husband's hamburger. It is now one of his favorites in T-Town. I don't see it on the online menu but I think it was called the American Burger. It had a patty, some kind of thinly sliced scrumptious looking ham, thick sliced bacon and all the veggies. He was totally surprised with the meaty masterpiece and said the fries were awesome as well. Everyone was very friendly. I may have to go there for dinner now after doing this review!
