I went in and asked if they had gluten-free items and the waitress went and brought the cook so I he can see how to help. The dry rub they used on the meat had gluten he told me the BBQ sauce has soy sauce. I tried the pulled pork chicken and brisket I did not get sick. It has been 18 hours and I would be all messed up if there was any gluten. The flavor is really good the staff was so wonderful. The cook used clean utensil and since I was sharing a plate they put the toast in Parchment paper so it wouldn't contaminate the food.
