Yikes! I alerted them about my gluten allergy on the phone and in person. They assured me I was safe, but luckily I watched the food prep because the guy who made sandwiches made my food without changing his gloves. They were annoyed when I told them to make it again with new gloves, and I’m pretty sure it was still imperfect because I felt a reaction shortly after. Food critics reading this, please stop listing kuba kuba as gluten free! If I weren’t with a group I would’ve left after that incident.
