Cool local establishment serving a range of Hawaiian fare. Generous portions. Only a few items are Celiac safe (laulau and Kalua pig with rice) so limited options but at least it is local cuisine. Food was very salty but still delicious! Nice and helpful serving staff as well!

Family-friendly diner. Knowledgeable friendly staff recommended Kalua pork or laulau with rice as safe gf options. Huge portions, tasty basic plate lunch. Super clean establishment. Would eat here again.

We ate well with takeout from Kuhio Grille. 1lb LauLau and Kalua Pork are filling and safe for those with Celiac. Not much of the menu is GF, but those two dishes are and it was nice to enjoy some more traditional Hawaiian food. My son has Celiac and is sensitive to cross-contamination, and he did not get sick.

Great local Hawaiian fare! We got kalua pig and laulau. Both are gluten free and I didn’t get sick! I let them know about my celiac and they marked my meal GF and alerted the kitchen. Do yourself a favor and take your takeout to Liliuokalani Park nearby—beautiful view to picnic with!

pretty good hawaiian food. No gluten free menu but the ladies at the counter helped me find items on the menu that would work for me. Kalua pork and Laulau are native hawaiian foods and naturally gluten free---that is what I ordered.
