This small market was a great discovery on our trip. There are also a few small independent walk up eating options inside( poke, sushi, açaí bowls, coffee bar) The best part was the availability of some GF options to bring back to our rental. While I was there there were GF crackers, cereal, pasta, baking products etc. They also have a frozen food area and produce. An added plus was the taco stand next door (Da Crack). Good GF tacos.

This sushi/poke bowl place is inside this grocery store. The sushi was kinda mid, not super flavorful and expensive ($20 for one roll of 8 pieces). It was ok. I was desperate for GF sushi and this was one of the few places that had it so thought i’d give it a shot. **They only take cash or venmo

Love this spot! So many options. The poke bar inside is awesome, family ate here three times and it was great! The morning bakery table in the back brings in the best gluten free dairy free muffins ever!!! Great GF products and quick breakfast grab and go options.

They have a surprising number of GF products. The sushi counter and juice bar inside are also good for GF. Our flight arrived late, and we showed up the first night as she was closing. She stayed open so we could get food. Her freezers were down and emptied. When she heard we were looking for GF food, she went in the back and grabbed us two loaves of frozen Udis. So sweet and helpful to have so close to our rental.

Great gf section, they can make gf sushi and the shave ice out front is the best I’ve had.

Amazing selection! I was really impressed with their allergen friendly foods.

Astonished to see Udi’s loaves and buns, and green yellow and blue Omission beer :-D And major kudos to the owner who didn’t sell beer to someone who was clearly drunk and drove to her store!!!

Best and most flavorful variety of fresh made chia pudding ever. Juice bar and best gf sushi ever located inside. The owner is the sweetest lady ever....she gets the gf struggle! 😃

Best GF selection on the south side! Tons of frozen GF items and practically a whole row of GF food as well. They carry frozen GF bread, buns, bagels, English muffins and tortillas, too! It's nice to have this option near Poipu, since you'd have to drive all the way to Kapaa's Safeway for anything else.

Great little market with gf items on the south side of the island. Best part of the store is JUICE BAR in the back of the store which makes awesome gf ACAI bowls (hold the granola), juices and smoothies. Truly a hidden gem. Needs to be listed itself on Find Me Gluten Free.

We ate sushi at Makai Sushi and it was great. The chef took extra care and was accomodating in making my poke bowl. We would come back for sure.

This market carries a surprising number of pre-packaged gluten free products (Udi's, Glutino, etc.) including cereals, crackers, pasta, and cookies. Excellent find in a relative gf desert. Thanks to Marie of Sweet Marie's for the heads up.
