Amazing eco-hotel with an attention to a gluten-free guest. In the first morning I asked if they have some gluten-free bread (without much hope) in the breakfast buffet and they toast some for me! On the next morning the stuff baked couple of gf croissants and buns specially for me (which was very cute)! In the dinner menu everything is marked with allergens, there are several gf (also gf and vegan) options and the stuff is knowledgeable about gluten.
