I had a really bad experience here even though they claim to have a gluten free menu. I confirmed with the waitress several times that I have celiac and to let me know if I selected anything that contains gluten so I can avoid it/let the chef know. After ordering several sushi rolls, I thought something tasted like it had gluten and called the waitress back. She said she had made a mistake and forgotten, and the manager also confirmed there was gluten in both rolls. We left very frustrated and they still wanted us to pay for the food that I wasn’t able to eat. Had a bad reaction afterwards. Great tasting food but did a very bad job about ensuring things were gluten free. Maybe speak to a manager/chef if you try Kume.
