Staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten, and prepared GF pancakes separately.

Gluten free Japanese fluffy pancakes. They don’t guarantee that it will be celiac safe but they do wash all utensils and prepare it separately. I got the passion fruit pancake and it was absolutely amazing!!! Haven’t gotten sick yet.
