Kumo Sushi

The staff is very knowledgeable, particularly about things that you might not think about. I typically get the sushi deluxe with a salad, and they were quick to ensure that I knew there was soy sauce in the dressing. They have gluten free soy sauce available on request as well. As to cross-contamination, they’re very careful on their prep. We eat here fairly regularly, and I’ve never had an issue.
