Kumo Sushi

I love Kumo Sushi! They have a lunch special, 3 rolls for 14$. They have gluten free soy sauce, but follow the GF sushi rules as things aren't marked on a menu. They do have nice descriptors of what's in the rolls so you don't have to guess! Don't go for things listed as spicy, tempura, eel, imitation crab, tobiko, crunch or sauces. Basically, get more plain rolls with a fish and veggie or sashimi. They're happy to help and super careful answering what is def GF. King crab avocado, Philly, and Avocado rolls are awesome and totally safe, I usually get Boston and Peanut avocado as well, which technically may have traces, but I've been good!
