Very knowledgeable staff, and a wonderful owner. Everything is labeled so you know which protein and sauces are safe.
I order chicken as my protein because I don't like tofu, and Hong Kong Sauce with a bunch of vegetables. The food is very fresh and tastes better than a large chain that serves something similar. Please support this locally owned restaurant.

The chicken is the only protein that’s gluten free, but it’s delicious. My daughter had a bowl with chicken, rice and lots of wonderful fresh veggies. There are two gluten sauces that the owners let us try. They keep everything separated, so safe for Celiacs. Highly recommend for a quick, healthy option.

If you're looking for great Korean restaurant Kupbop is the place to go!! The owner is very aware of celiac and gluten she keeps everything separate separate prep area separate preparation for food. She is very knowledgeable and so is her staff! Everything there is 100% fresh and incredible it's super quick and super fast if you're on the go! Great place for lunch or dinner and OMG they have K-pop playing in the restaurant!!! "Gamsahamnida" (thank you) to the owner for creating such a wonderfuland fun gluten-free safe experience!=^_^=
