Its great to find a place eat that’s 100% safe. But it’s just another example of high reviews because of high level of accommodation. In reality the food is inedible. Disappointing

OH MY GOD THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Everything is gluten green (and vegan).

Nothing in the store has gluten in it. Absolutely nothing. So it’s great to go in and know everything is safe.

They have cookies, donuts, muffins, cakes and other desserts along with their entire food menu!

I had the California Salad - highly recommended.

Had as delivery for business lunch a few times and everything was delicious. I have celiac and had no troubles. Food was flavourful and filling. Definitely would eat here over and over.

Everything is gluten free and vegan. Website shows they’re clearly clued up on allergens and give info on where they source their GF oats from. Friendly staff and nice healthy options too.

Healthy bowls and smoothies (NTS: don't get both, either a smoothie or bowl is filling enough on its own!) It was alright for to-go.

This ended up being a gem! Was struggling to find a gf breakfast spot near the ROM, that also had some baked goods I could grab to go.

I got the avocado toast with the tofu scramble. It was well seasoned and really flavourful. Brought my parents along. They're not gf or vegan but really liked the waffles they got. My husband got the breakfast bowl with sweet potato and he was also happy with it. We all got good cappuccinos, and I grabbed muffins to go-- also tasty.

We all had enjoyed our breakfast and no one felt they were compromising just cuz it's gf (and I think this place is mostly vegan too).

Would definitely recommend. Staff were also super friendly.
