I ordered the gluten-free carrot cake cupcakes for my birthday. And even though I have a mild allergy to corn as well I am having no reaction to the amount in the cakes. They are fluffy and moist. The cream cheese frosting was nice and firm and perfectly sweetened to my tastes. I couldn't have made them better myself. She even left the icing off of a few as I had requested for my mother, who also LOVED them. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you so much Mande! You are truly the best!
