You can order off a touch screen and each item tells you the ingredients. Unfortunately, it doesn’t list allergens and I didn’t find the staff to be super helpful. That being said, the food was really good.

There are many sushi dishes prepared without soy sauce, and most of those are okay to eat (except for menu items that say “soy sake” and the usual suspects. The ingredients are super fresh and the sushi carousel is fun, and a couple of the sushi items were the best I had had anywhere. So glad to find this and enjoy some quality sushi.

Buy a bottle next door while you’re waiting for a table.
Their wasabi is served on the side, so nigiri is safe to eat. Fresh fish, so you don't miss the soy sauce.
