Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

There is a link to their menu on the website which lists several food allergies including gluten. Very cool atmosphere with the sushi on plates going past the tables on a conveyor belt. I had ordered my sushi rolls and had it brought to me.

Waiter staff was not super helpful, pretty much told me to look it up myself off the menu link. The website also states they do not take precautions with cross contaimination. No gluten free soy sauce either.

I am sensitive to cross contaimination and honestly ordering off the tablet made me nervous. I will update my review in a few days if I got sick or glutened, seems like a russian roulette for a celiac.

UPDATE: I did not get glutened. I did take gluten digest the day of and after eating because I was unsure due to the conveyor belt.
