Kuscho Bistro

Happened upon this thanks to the gf app. They don’t have a separate menu but can make all sandwiches on large romaine leaves or jasmine rice. I opted for the rice bowl which was fairly huge and pretty tasty. Best food ever? Nope. Filling and hearty l, yup.

Great food. Nice and knowledgeable staff. Precautions were made when I told them i have celiac. Gf options include lettuce wraps, rice bowls, or salad for all sandwiches.

Salads and lettuce wraps are good and they are great with cross contamination. They also have great frozen yogurt and will give you new toppings so there isn’t a risk of cross contamination. Just wish they had gf bread or wraps!

If I were to read that their gf sandwiches meant wraps in lettuce I would turn away, but the way they make these wraps is so well thought, generous in portion, and delicious. Perfect concoctions with many options! This is our second visit and despite many great restaurants in the area we all looked forward to coming back here!! They clean their prep area prior to production. They also have dairy free Fro-yo! My sons Fro-yo Peanut butter is so good!

The staff here is great. I go here a lot and have never had an issue with cross contamination. Whenever I've been unsure about an item the person who made/will be making it has spoken with me directly and they always double check the ingredients. They offer gluten free soups(which they will give you chips with, rather than the bread) as well as gluten free and even vegan frozen yogurt!
