A huge percentage of buffet that people with celiac cannot touch, but the hibachi was great. You get to create whatever kind of stir fry you want. You have to be able to say “no sauce at all” to the hibachi cook to be safe here. When I asked him about wheat, he said that the teriyaki sauce was fine, but then after he had made our first plates, the Sushi chef said, no all of our sauces have soy sauce in them. So we started over. There is fish sauce and siracha on the side that you can add. The food was delicious, if you don’t mind not having much selection. I loved a shrimp and rice noodles and veggie hibachi and the kids loved their chicken/eggs/noodles/rice.
