This restaurant is wonderful traditional omakase experience! All the sauces are naturally gluten free (amazing) and the evening I ate there the entire 16 course menu was fully gf so there was zero cc concern. That seemed pretty standard for the menu. Every bite was outstanding! The chef was as nice as could be and had no problem accommodating my husband’s avoidance of shellfish. This spot is truly a gem!
