Kyoto Japanese Restaurant

I went here last weekend with someone else expecting to have very limited options. I happened to ask if they had gluten free soy sauce and they did - they were able to make my hibachi chicken order completely separate in the kitchen. The waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable, and she even made sure to bring my salad with only oil and vinegar and bring me miso soup, not the hibachi soup which had gluten in it. I’m not celiac, just intolerant but I did not have a reaction. It was delicious. Will be back!

I have been here several times and had no problem. I was just there with a bridal party and it was the worst service ever! We were the only ones in there on a Saturday and the woman barely understood English let alone comprehending I had Celiac and needed special handling with my food. I GOT VERY SICK.

Others tell me this is an awesome hibachi restaurant that will cook your food in the kitchen and has GF soy sauce. Safe from CC for celiac.
