Kyoto Japanese Cuisine

DO NOT EAT HERE IF CELIAC! I called and visited ahead of our family gathering. They assured that they could make my vegetable fried rice on freshly cleaned surface/new utensils/change gloves /all gf even soy sauce. Went there for my birthday (early when not crowded) and 2 hours later was violently sick from gluten. I called a few days later and asked them to be honest in the future and not serve someone with celiac.
