Review of Kyoto Sushi & Hibachi

There is a decent variety of gluten free options but make sure to specify that you have a sensitivity. The food will be made with gluten by default but they can substitute in gluten free soy sauce. If I remember correctly, any of the Hibachi entrées can be made that way but not the teriyaki or any of the sushi. The clear soup is gluten free. Our server was very knowledgeable though and helped me navigate the menu. And the food was delicious!
