Sad news, as of November 2022 they've expanded their menu to include quesadillas using flour tortillas and made on the same cooking surface as the tacos, so it's no longer safe for those with celiac. Super bummed as this was my neighborhood go-to.

Original Review: Have eaten here multiple times and have had no issues. The saimin is not gf but the tacos, consommé, and drinks are all safe (and seriously tasty).

Delicious! Hellfire tacos are actually very spicy, but also flavorful (like seriously, have water ready). Verified, all menu items, EXCEPT RAMEN, are gluten free. Not sure what happened during previous persons/visit.

Fantastic tacos; we got a 12 pack of the regular tacos without cheese (gluten/dairy free) and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Less than 15 minutes from Joint Base PHH.

OMG so good! We actually visited when they were popped up in HI Beer Works, but I had previously Instagram messaged with the owner. All of their food is naturally gluten free, they don’t use any flour or gluten containing ingredients in their tacos.

They were delicious! And I felt great after eating them. We also got 12 between my husband and I (he allegedly didn’t hear me say that getting 3 was an option 🤦🏼‍♀🙄🤣), so we took some home and they reheated beautifully in our air fryer!

Would highly recommend!
