Any mixed-use pizzeria is risky for Celiacs (as flour is airborne for several hours). However, the man at this establishment went out of his way to make sure I was as safe as possible. Gf pizzas are packaged and stored seperately, and he offered to use fresh sauce and toppings from the back along with clean utensils to prepare and cut my pie. I felt very safe eating here, and the crust was delicious!
