La Brasa Chicken

Great place with authentic Peruvian style chicken. the food is tasty and the servings are large. They do not serve many gluten containing foods, so it is easy to eat most things. Recommend the ribs and chicken, with yellow rice and guac. The chips are allegedly not safe, but also reportedly not that good, so it makes no difference. The facilities are not dedicated gluten free but I've never had a problem. The wait can be long, but worth it. Nice atmosphere as well.

tl;dr - good chicken. nice place. not dedicated gluten free, but the basics have been safe for me.
