They told me they use gluten free soy sauce so almost everything can be made gluten free. They also let me know that the cheesecakes are sometimes fried in the fryer where the french fries are made but if you let them know you have a gluten allergy, they will fry them separately for you. Our waiter let us know he wasn’t sure if the chips and salsa were gluten free and made sure to check if appetizers and sides were being shared to make them gluten free as well. I’ve eaten here before and not gotten sick.

My waitress was super knowledgeable about celiac which was so comforting! She told me her sister has celiac too so she knew all that it entailed haha. She was so sweet and let me know that she would have the cooks clean off all the grills and prep equipment for me. She told me that everything on the menu is gluten free except for items with noodles, so there were a ton of options! I got the pollo Saltado and it was delicious. 10/10 recommend!

the owners and staff are amazing and a understanding . almost almost all the dishes are gluten free already and just need the soy sauce to be removed. have eaten there several times and have been fine each time. 11/10 stars, the food is awesome with a wide selection
