Two fish and one elk entree were the GF options on their menu. I had the rainbow trout and tasted the elk - both were delicious.
Although this is a more expensive restaurant, the ambience in their outdoor courtyard along with the attentive staff is worth it.

We ended up here after a long day. I was hungry and didn’t have much patience for searching for better options. There are a few items on the menu marked gf. One said it came with orzo (pasta)! I ordered substituting potatoes for the pasta. The food was delicious and I did not have any issues. We skipped dessert.

Limited menu but gluten free choices. Great entertainment inside. Salad came with croutons even though gluten free ordered.
I was very clear when ordering that I have celiac disease and could NOT have gluten. The waitress sold me on dessert which she said could be made gluten free. I took her word for it, but realized three bites in that there was flour in it. The waitress was completely unsympathetic. DO NOT GO HERE if you have a problem with gluten.
