I did receive confirmation that their- Red Enchilada Sauce, Tamales, Sopes, and anything in a flour tortilla shell or deep fried contains gluten- everything else on their menu is gluten free safe!

Mexican cuisine in general can be very gluten free friendly and this place is no exception. So many delicious choices to choose from!

I had the enchiladas, which were pretty tasty. I asked the server if he knew if they could be GF, and though he was pretty sure he did verify with the kitchen for me. Overall good experience.
