Very good food. My waiter was less familiar with gluten free but he was very attentive and checked with the chef extensively to make sure my food was cooked the right way. And initially without any help he offered suggestions of what he thought could be made GF, so he generally had it right
Bottom line, this place is safe even if I had to do some extra talking to make sure. I’m celiac and sensitive and didn’t get sick. I would go back to this place

Stopped here on a tour had delicious Mayan chicken tacos. They prepped them without using the shared fryer to keep them safe.
