Three celiacs all glutened here. The waitstaff is unable to explain protocol or safety measures but the menu is clearly labeled. 6 gf options on the menu. We ordered 5 of them. None seem to have gluten-containing ingredients unless it was in the seasoning so it must be cross contamination and/or preparation. If you are not celiac the food is ok. Not great, not authentic, but not bad. Do not order sangria- tasted artificial like sunscreen. We will not return; there are better gf options in the area.
