La Crepe recently moved and is not celiac friendly in their new location. They cook the crepes all on the same surfaces and use the same utensils to handle all crepes. I watched as the chef cooked my crepe on the same surface as a non GF I just watched go out to another customer. I also watched as he used the same spatula for my crepe (GF) and my husbands. Although the waitress did warn that they can't guarantee "gluten free" I did not expect blatant contamination like that since they were so accommodating at their original location. I was very disappointed.

Celiac friendly?

No

They offer 2 styles of crepes and one of them is a gluten free buckwheat crepe. They are very knowledgeable about gluten. When I told them I had celiac they cleaned everything off, changed gloves and assured me there would be no cross contamination. I was thoroughly impressed. To top it off they were delicious! They have both sweet and savory. Yum!
