How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

On my reservation I indicated that I could not eat gluten. Upon arrival, the staff instantly knew I had to eat ‚sans gluten‘ and happily provided me with gluten free pasta. However, I did not really receive any information about the other items on the menu and was thus just destined to eat pasta. It was, however, very delicious pasta and sauce :)
