My favourite restaurant in Granada offering a broad selection of gluten free traditional Spanish food. We had a fantastic meal here and felt very safe due to the knowledgeable staff.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The ambiance here is good. Menu well marked with allergen info. Ordered grilled vegetables from the appetizer list and cod with aioli/spinach. The vegetables were pretty bland, no seasoning just olive oil, and I would guess they were previously frozen, I would not order it again. The cod dish was excellent and came with some nice, this potatoes. Waiters were busy but very nice. Carmela has 4 locations in Granada, all have good allergen notations on their menus.
