The menu is clearly marked with gluten free items. I did not get sick and felt comfortable eating here. The soufflé is made with cornstarch and was delicious!

Delicious food and about close to half the menu is gluten free or a piece of baguette can be removed to make gluten free possible. They don't appear to have a dedicated fryer but most dishes are prepared individually and with care. I ate several items off their menu and had no problems.
