Was told that pho was gf. Ordered and tested with the Nima sensor. I didn’t tell them that it was for a celiac or to limit CC. There are just so many step to make pho I wanted to test it in its normal state. Sensor came back with a smile face (no gluten)! Tested the next time as well with the same result. My celiac child who is very sensitive had no reaction twice.

I was told by restaurant staff to not risk any other items on the menu.
