Upon entering the restaurant, the waiter told me they had no gluten free food. The rest of the table ordered and I got a glass of wine. The chef (Christophe) came to great the table and saw I was not eating food. After a brief conversation he assured me that he could make me something gluten free, safe for celiac and no crosscontamination! I was a bit nervous, but the food was spectacular and I did not get sick! I am very very sensitive to cross contamination, so I trust it is a safe place to eat if you talk to Chriatophe. Fabulous place to eat with amazing food, wine, and service!
