We called ahead and asked if they had gluten free options, which they confirmed. Server, hostess and management had no idea what celiac was, didn’t understand what gluten was, etc. I ordered corn enchiladas and asked them to confirm they’d use separate utensils, prepare it separately. But I was definitely served gluten or the food was exposed to cross contamination.
