I’m fodmap sensitive. They have gluten free crusts, and their sauce is just tomatoes - no garlic and onions. You can make a custom pizza and avoid fodmaps very easily. I get flan for dessert. Delicious! They also make wheat pizzas in the same ovens - not sure how careful they are about cross contamination or if it’s safe for celiacs
