Amazing experience! The food was certified gluten free, and the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable!

Had an amazing meal here. The staff seemed well aware and careful about my requests for gluten free. My non celiac partner and I ordered the crostini appetizer and we were each brought bowls of our own bread. The Florentine steak was excellent. After many meals of carbs, I was happy to eat a big portion of meat.
Found out about this restaurant through the Associazione Italiana Celiacha. The restaurant is AIC certified.

Great staff who double checked that everything I was ordering off the gluten-free menu would be safe. I had fish and the marinated eggplant without any issues. They also brought me delicious bread prepared in a separate area of the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Fantastic staff, plenty of choices. Food was delicious. Our daughter with coeliac disease was very happy!

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Gluten free pasta available, but takes extra time to prepare. Gf bread was given at start of meal, I had the risotto and a few sides which were excellent!

They were very good with understanding celiac. I got my own bread before the meal. I found this restaurant on an Italian website that recommended locations for celiacs in Florence. While the website said this was a well-loved local place, it was rather empty and had a limited menu. No pasta for celiac, but the rosemary potatoes and sausage was incredible. I did not feel 100% the next day, but cannot be certain it was from here.
