No designated fryer. Tortilla chips are fried in a shared fryer. However, they offered the option of having the dry unfriend chips warmed in an oven or microwave. Food was too salty, but otherwise good.

Staff super knowledgeable about gluten free. Sunday brunch buffet is mostly gluten free. Great street tacos.
