This restaurant has an almost completely gluten-free menu focused on corn-based dishes such as pupusas, tamales, corn tortillas. Everything is fresh and beautifully presented. There are breakfast options as well as lunch and dinner. The guacamole is especially good. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Incredible food and excellent service. Manny, the owner, has such a great and welcoming personality. He informed us that 99% of the menu is gluten free. I had the mixed grill with Carne Asada and Shrimp and my Fiancé had the Carne Asada and Chorizo. We also split the Spinach and Cheese Papusas. Manny showed us the best way to eat them with the slaw and salsa. They were so flavorul! I would definitely recommend.

Amazing! The owner host server bartender Manny is an absolute gem of a human, and his place is great. Laid back and fun, yet the food is absolutely amazing! 95% of the menu is naturally gluten and dairy free. They have corn based tortillas if that's your thing, but there's so much on the menu that is just fresh, honest food without allergens. I had the combo special with a T Bone, shrimp, and chorizo with a side salad and rice and beans, and an amazing mixed veggie plate w eggplant, mushroom, tomatoes, red peppers, spinach, garlic/cilantro/olive oil. It was all amazing, 5 of 5 stars. I felt "normal" again eating here. I have to avoid gluten and dairy, you're safe here.

You know you're in good hands when first the first question from your server is about dietary restrictions.

Amazing and delicious. Whole place is basically gluten free but they really made an effort when I detailed my needs to be extra careful. The owner is delightful and so much fun to talk to. It is small places like these that serve delicious food that we should spend more time supporting.

Loved this place. Really small inside, but the flavor was so big. The manager said most things are gluten free and gave good recommendations. I got the vegan bliss, but added a little pork. Everything tasted great together. My friends enjoyed their dishes too. The corn tamale was great.

Love this spot! Almost everything on the menu is gluten free. Made with quality ingredients. Manny puts love into the food. Let him know you are gluten free and he will take care of you!

The man-in-charge knew lots about gluten free and said that most of the food is safe. Everything was absolutely delicious & we were made to feel very welcome.

*I do not get an obvious reaction to cross contamination, so I cannot say if it was perfect in that regard.

Menu made me drool but they had seasonal hours and were closed so call for hours.

Fantastic! Pupusas were delish! Well worth the trip uptown. Great service, knowledgable waitstaff and pretty much everything on the menu is gf.

Almost everything on the menu is GF. Veggie Pupusas and Mayan Chicken are highly recommended!!!
